Chairman of the Board
With over 20 years of expertise in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business growth, Vishal ‘Vish’ Mahtani is a recognized leader in the digital economy. As the Co-Founder and Chairman of Besitos, Vish played a critical role in building and scaling the company, guiding the development of its flagship products, KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, which empower users to earn meaningful rewards and foster financial well-being.
Vish’s career is marked by a successful track record of scaling businesses and pioneering innovative strategies. He was instrumental in the growth of companies such as Kindermint, which was later acquired by ThredUP, and The Penny Hoarder, one of the leading personal finance platforms. His leadership is driven by a deep commitment to creating impact through innovation, operational excellence, and consumer empowerment.
Following a leadership transition in 2025, Vish remains actively engaged as Chairman of the Board, where he focuses on driving the company’s social impact initiatives and continuing to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
When he’s not shaping the future of online consumer engagement, Vish enjoys spending time with his family and contributing to entrepreneurial and community projects in the Tampa Bay area. He is a graduate of Florida International University, holding a dual bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management Information Systems.
Chief Executive Officer
Jeevan Balani is the Chief Executive Officer of Besitos, a leading, fully-bootstrapped online gaming and rewards company positioned at the intersection of entertainment and financial empowerment. With over 25 years of executive and advisory experience, Jeevan brings a unique blend of strategy, innovation, and operational leadership to the role.
Jeevan began his career in management consulting, spending over a decade at Accenture and McKinsey & Company, where he led transformative growth initiatives across industries. He later served as a strategic advisor to some of the fastest-growing consumer tech companies, including Outschool and MasterClass, helping them scale operations and optimize user engagement.
He joined Besitos in 2024 as Chief of Staff and quickly became an instrumental force in refining the company’s growth strategy. As CEO, Jeevan is focused on expanding the impact of Besitos’s flagship products, KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, while ensuring users continue to earn meaningful rewards that support their financial goals.
Chief Strategy Officer
Joe combines strategic insight with hands-on expertise in revenue, finance, and customer service to drive the company’s growth. A pioneer in loyalty programs, previously he founded SendEarnings and shaped key strategies at CotterWeb Enterprises and Prodege.
Outside of work, Joe advises emerging leaders at the USF Muma College of Business and invests in and mentors startups. In his downtime, he’s a passionate supporter of Tampa Bay sports teams and the Miami Hurricanes, as well as a dedicated chauffeur for his kids’ sporting events.
Co-Founder / CTO
Jacob holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Hadassah College and has had quite a diverse career. He has held positions at Scitex, Intel Corp, LUZ Engineering, and JFAX. Jacob has also consulted for Fortune 500 Companies like AmeriQuest and Life Alert.
Jacob and Vishal go way back. In 2005, they co-founded Vertical Lead, an online lead generation firm. Then, in 2008, they launched GoldCycler, a gold recycling company. In 2013, they created Kindermint, an online kids’ clothing consignment store, which was later acquired by ThredUp.
As KashKick’s CTO, Jacob keeps us ahead of the curve in all things tech. Innovation is his middle name. Jacob enjoys volunteering in Israel.
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Murzyn is the Chief Operating Officer of Besitos, where he oversees day-to-day operations, drives strategic partnerships, and accelerates product scalability across the company’s core platforms. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, and business development, Mike brings deep industry expertise and a sharp customer-first perspective to the leadership team.
Before stepping into the COO role, Mike served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Besitos Marketplace, where he played a pivotal role in its rapid growth and operational success. Prior to Besitos, he spent over fifteen years at InboxDollars, helping lead the company through its acquisition by Prodege in 2019, where he last served as Vice President of Market Research & Programmatic.
Mike’s experience and passion for understanding the end user continue to inform Besitos’ mission to help businesses create rewarding, frictionless experiences that drive real-world value for millions of users.
Chief Product Officer
Chris Maynard is the Chief Product Officer at Besitos, where he leads product innovation, technology development, and user experience design across the company’s platforms. With a two-decade career at the forefront of ad tech and AI personalization, Chris is a builder at heart—constantly pushing boundaries to create products that delight users and deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining Besitos, Chris spent 11 years at Revcontent, one of the world’s leading content recommendation platforms, where he held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Products, Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Product Officer. During his tenure, he led the development of advanced targeting technologies and authored four patents in advertising technology. As CPO at Besitos, Chris takes a user-first mindset and deep technical expertise to every initiative, driving forward the next generation of rewarding digital experiences.

With three decades of experience driving revenue growth and innovation, Brad Shapiro is a seasoned executive with a proven ability to scale businesses through integrated marketing strategies and data-driven decision-making. As the Executive Vice President of Revenue at KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, Brad is instrumental in the company’s rapid success, playing a key role in its remarkable 16,000% revenue growth over the past three years and its prestigious No. 11 ranking on the Inc. 5000 list for 2024.
Throughout his career, Brad has worked with leading companies such as InboxDollars, Date.com, and Killerbrands Media, where he consistently delivered exceptional results by optimizing marketing channels, enhancing customer engagement, and driving high-impact revenue strategies. At KashKick and Besitos, Brad applies his extensive expertise to lead the growth of a platform that rewards users for their engagement, turning everyday interactions into meaningful earnings.
Known for his strategic vision and leadership, Brad continues to push the boundaries of digital engagement and revenue generation, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in the reward-based platform space. Outside of his professional pursuits, Brad is dedicated to mentoring emerging talent and contributing to initiatives that foster innovation in digital marketing and technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

Peter Garea is a dynamic, results-oriented digital executive with over 10 years of experience in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility. As the Head of Partnerships at Besitos, Peter specializes in building and nurturing high-impact strategic partnerships across multiple industries, focused on creating long-term value and accelerating the company’s marketplace growth.
Prior to his role at Besitos, Peter held leadership positions at Fiat Growth, where he played a pivotal role in exceeding growth targets and fostering meaningful relationships through channel partnerships and business development initiatives. His ability to navigate complex markets and leverage cross-functional teams has been key to his success in delivering exceptional outcomes.
Peter’s background in the music industry, where he represented Grammy-nominated artists, has shaped his unique approach to partnership-building. This experience has instilled in him a deep appreciation for creativity, a refined set of communication skills, and an ability to negotiate and close deals that align with both business and creative objectives.
As a strategic thinker and collaborative leader, Peter is committed to driving innovative growth strategies while maintaining a keen focus on delivering tangible results that benefit both the company and its partners. His passion for making impactful connections is at the heart of his approach to leadership and partnership development. Peter is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Business with a minor in Jazz.
