Chief Executive Officer

With 25+ years of leadership and advisory experience, Jeevan brings expertise in strategy, innovation, and growth to Besitos. His background includes Accenture, McKinsey & Company, Outschool, and MasterClass. As CEO, he leads the growth of KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, expanding opportunities for users to earn meaningful rewards.

Mike Murzyn

Chief Operating Officer

With 25+ years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, and business development, Mike brings a customer-first approach to Besitos. Previously, he spent over 15 years at InboxDollars and helped lead the company through its acquisition by Prodege. As COO, he oversees operations, strategic partnerships, and product scalability across Besitos.

Chris Maynard

Chief Product Officer

With 20+ years of experience in ad tech, AI personalization, and product development, Chris brings deep technical expertise and a user-first mindset to Besitos. Previously, he spent 11 years at Revcontent, leading product and engineering innovation and authoring four ad-tech patents. As CPO, he leads product innovation, technology development, and user experience across Besitos.

Andrew Jones

VP of Marketplace

With 10+ years of experience in customer success, strategic partnerships, and marketplace growth, Andrew brings a relationship-driven approach to Besitos. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Cint, including SVP of Global Partnerships. As VP of Marketplace, he leads partnerships, account strategy, and scalable solutions that drive marketplace growth.

Lisanne Vera

VP of Growth

With expertise in performance marketing, media optimization, and user acquisition, Lisanne brings a data-driven and people-first approach to Besitos. Previously, she held leadership roles at FinanceBuzz and Hip2Save. As VP of Growth Strategy and Media Optimization, she leads acquisition and optimization strategies that drive user engagement and measurable growth.

Luka Likaroski

VP of Customer Operations

With expertise in customer experience and operational scalability, Luka brings a hands-on, problem-solving approach to Besitos. As VP of Customer Operations, he oversees support, compliance, fraud prevention, and payout systems, building scalable processes that improve efficiency, protect user trust, and support continued growth.

Wendy Wang

VP of Revenue

With expertise in business development, revenue strategy, and commercial operations, Wendy brings a global growth perspective to Besitos. As VP of Revenue, APAC, she leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, helping expand Besitos’s international presence and drive sustainable revenue growth.

With extensive experience in brand building, growth marketing, and consumer engagement, Yasmin leads consumer marketing at KashKick. Her background spans Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, Fodor’s, Daylight, and BenefitHub. At KashKick, she leads brand, organic growth, engagement, and retention strategies that strengthen customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Matt Hynes

VP of Commercial

With extensive experience in commercial strategy, operations, and business growth, Matt brings an entrepreneurial mindset to Besitos. His background includes leadership roles at TrueSignal Consulting, Reach Collective, ACKWEST, and Cint. As VP of Commercial, he leads strategic partnerships and growth initiatives, aligning strategy and operations to drive scalable, measurable business impact.

Chairman of the Board

With 20+ years of experience in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business growth, Vish is the Founder and Chairman of Besitos. His background includes helping scale companies such as Kindermint and The Penny Hoarder. As Chairman, he continues to support Besitos’s innovation, growth, and social impact initiatives while helping shape the company’s long-term vision.

Joe Sosa

Chief Strategy Officer

With 20+ years of experience in digital consumer businesses, growth strategy, and monetization, Joe brings deep expertise in scaling customer-centric companies. He founded SendEarnings, growing it to over one million users before its acquisition, and later held leadership roles at InboxDollars and Prodege. As Chief Strategy Officer, he helps guide Besitos’s long-term strategic initiatives.

Jacob Shemesh

Co-Founder

With extensive experience in engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship, Jacob brings a strong innovation mindset to KashKick. His background includes roles at Scitex and Intel, as well as co-founding Vertical Lead, GoldCycler, and Kindermint with Vishal Mahtani. As CTO, he leads KashKick’s technology strategy and innovation, helping keep the platform at the forefront of the industry.
