Jeevan Balani
Chief Executive Officer
Jeevan Balani is the Chief Executive Officer of Besitos, a leading, fully-bootstrapped online gaming and rewards company positioned at the intersection of entertainment and financial empowerment. With over 25 years of executive and advisory experience, Jeevan brings a unique blend of strategy, innovation, and operational leadership to the role.
Jeevan began his career in management consulting, spending over a decade at Accenture and McKinsey & Company, where he led transformative growth initiatives across industries. He later served as a strategic advisor to some of the fastest-growing consumer tech companies, including Outschool and MasterClass, helping them scale operations and optimize user engagement.
He joined Besitos in 2024 as Chief of Staff and quickly became an instrumental force in refining the company’s growth strategy. As CEO, Jeevan is focused on expanding the impact of Besitos’s flagship products, KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, while ensuring users continue to earn meaningful rewards that support their financial goals.
Mike Murzyn
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Murzyn is the Chief Operating Officer of Besitos, where he oversees day-to-day operations, drives strategic partnerships, and accelerates product scalability across the company’s core platforms. With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, consumer insights, and business development, Mike brings deep industry expertise and a sharp customer-first perspective to the leadership team.
Before stepping into the COO role, Mike served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Besitos Marketplace, where he played a pivotal role in its rapid growth and operational success. Prior to Besitos, he spent over fifteen years at InboxDollars, helping lead the company through its acquisition by Prodege in 2019, where he last served as Vice President of Market Research & Programmatic.
Mike’s experience and passion for understanding the end user continue to inform Besitos’ mission to help businesses create rewarding, frictionless experiences that drive real-world value for millions of users.
Chris Maynard
Chief Product Officer
Chris Maynard is the Chief Product Officer at Besitos, where he leads product innovation, technology development, and user experience design across the company’s platforms. With a two-decade career at the forefront of ad tech and AI personalization, Chris is a builder at heart—constantly pushing boundaries to create products that delight users and deliver measurable results.
Prior to joining Besitos, Chris spent 11 years at Revcontent, one of the world’s leading content recommendation platforms, where he held senior leadership roles including Vice President of Products, Senior Vice President of Engineering, and Chief Product Officer. During his tenure, he led the development of advanced targeting technologies and authored four patents in advertising technology. As CPO at Besitos, Chris takes a user-first mindset and deep technical expertise to every initiative, driving forward the next generation of rewarding digital experiences.
Andrew Jones
VP of Marketplace
Andrew is the Vice President of Marketplace at Besitos, where he leads marketplace partnerships, account strategy, and audience monetization initiatives across the company’s growing platform ecosystem. With more than a decade of experience in customer success, strategic partnerships, and marketplace growth, Andrew brings a relationship-driven approach to scaling partnerships and delivering long-term value for clients and users alike.
Before joining Besitos, Andrew spent over 10 years at Cint, a global market research and audience technology company, where he held multiple senior leadership roles including SVP of Global Partnerships, VP of Customer Success, Americas, and Director of Customer Success. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for driving operational excellence, strengthening strategic relationships, and helping organizations navigate growth in rapidly evolving digital markets. At Besitos, Andrew focuses on expanding marketplace opportunities and building scalable partner solutions that support the company’s continued growth.
Lisanne Vera
VP of Growth
Lisanne is the Vice President of Growth Strategy and Media Optimization at Besitos, where she leads performance marketing strategy, media optimization, and user acquisition initiatives across the company’s portfolio. With a strong foundation in data analysis, conversion optimization, and growth marketing, Lisanne brings a highly analytical yet people-first approach to scaling user engagement and driving measurable business impact.
Prior to joining Besitos, Lisanne held leadership roles across performance marketing, affiliate strategy, and marketplace optimization, including Director of Yield Optimization, Content & Marketplace at FinanceBuzz and Senior Manager of Affiliate & Influencer Marketing at Hip2Save. Known for her relentless attention to detail, collaborative leadership style, and passion for problem solving, she has built a reputation for creating high-performing teams and delivering best-in-class acquisition strategies that balance innovation with operational excellence.
Peter Garea
Head of Partnerships
Peter is the Head of Partnerships, Marketplace at Besitos, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and marketplace growth initiatives across product, marketing, and revenue. An operator at heart with over 12 years of experience, Peter specializes in designing scalable partnership frameworks that drive customer acquisition and strengthen brand relationships within the FinTech and entertainment sectors.
At Besitos, Peter has been instrumental in defining the B2B brand direction and architecting the systems required for seamless partner integration and marketplace expansion. Prior to joining Besitos, he held multiple leadership roles at Fiat Growth, where he scaled the affiliate and strategic partnership functions for over 30 clients and managed high-profile collaborations with major brands and global talent. Peter is based in Englewood, NJ, and holds a degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
Luka Likaroski
VP of Customer Operations
Luka is the Vice President of Customer Operations at Besitos, where he oversees end-to-end customer operations across support, compliance, fraud prevention, and payout systems for the company’s high-volume consumer platforms. With deep expertise in operational scalability and customer experience management, Luka focuses on building efficient, resilient systems that support both business growth and user trust.
Since joining Besitos, Luka has played a key role in scaling and stabilizing customer operations, leading initiatives across support strategy, workflow design, escalation management, compliance enforcement, and payout integrity. Known for his hands-on leadership style and operational problem-solving mindset, he specializes in transforming complex processes into scalable systems that improve performance without increasing unnecessary cost or risk. His work bridges customer experience, technical operations, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, finance, and legal teams to support seamless and secure user experiences.
Wendy Wang
VP of Revenue
Wendy is Vice President of Revenue, APAC at Besitos, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and partner relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. With a strong background in business development, revenue strategy, and commercial operations, Wendy brings deep expertise in scaling partnerships and driving sustainable growth across global markets.
Before joining Besitos, Wendy held leadership roles across the gaming and advertising technology industries, including positions focused on user acquisition, commercial operations, and publisher partnerships. Her experience spans both startups and high-growth technology companies, where she developed a reputation for building strong client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and driving operational execution in competitive markets.
At Besitos, Wendy plays a key role in expanding the company’s international presence and strengthening strategic partnerships throughout APAC. Her collaborative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem continue to support Besitos’s long-term growth and global expansion efforts.
Monika Raszowska
VP of Revenue
Monika is the Vice President of Revenue at Besitos, where she leads revenue growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and business development efforts across the company’s expanding portfolio. With a relationship-driven approach and a strong focus on sustainable growth, Monika specializes in building meaningful partnerships that drive long-term value and measurable business impact.
Since joining Besitos, Monika has played a key role in scaling revenue operations and strengthening marketplace growth through strategic collaboration and thoughtful execution. Prior to Besitos, she held business development roles within the SaaS, gaming, and technology sectors, where she developed expertise in customer acquisition, partnership development, and growth strategy. Known for her calm, people-first leadership style and emotional intelligence, Monika brings a modern perspective to revenue leadership — balancing operational focus with authentic relationship building to help teams and partnerships thrive in fast-moving environments.
Yasmin Marinaro
VP of Marketing
Yasmin Marinaro-Basone leads consumer marketing at KashKick, owning brand, organic growth, and consumer engagement and retention.  She joined KashKick after a career spent building brands at scale and guiding high-growth companies through critical inflection points.
Earlier in her career, she led audience and revenue growth for Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine, and Fodor’s at American Express and Penguin Random House. More recently, she has served on the executive teams of venture-backed startups across digital media, fintech, and SaaS — including Head of Marketing & Growth at Daylight and Vice President of Global & Product Marketing at BenefitHub — leading organizations through product launches, fundraises, and exits. She also founded PAVE Digital Services, where she has advised entrepreneurs and early-stage founders on omni-channel growth, audience acquisition, and martech strategies.  Yasmin is a graduate of Duke University and Università di Padova in Italy and she serves on a number of non-profit boards in her local community of St. Petersburg, FL.
Matt Hynes
VP of Commercial
Matt is the Vice President of Commercial at Besitos, where he leads commercial strategy, operational growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships across the company’s expanding portfolio. A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Matt brings a strong track record of scaling organizations, optimizing operations, and driving enterprise-level strategies that support long-term growth and innovation.
Throughout his career, Matt has held executive leadership roles across digital marketing, data, and technology-focused organizations, including Founder & Principal Consultant at TrueSignal Consulting, President of Reach Collective, and Operating Partner at ACKWEST. He also served as Executive Vice President of Global Supply at Cint, where he focused on operational refinement and strategic growth initiatives within the digital insights industry. Known for his collaborative leadership style and entrepreneurial mindset, Matt specializes in aligning strategy, process improvement, and relationship management to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business impact.

Vishal Mahtani
Chairman of the Board
Vishal With more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and business growth, Vishal “Vish” Mahtani is a recognized leader in the digital economy. As Founder and Chairman of Besitos, Vish has played a pivotal role in building and scaling the company, leading the development of its flagship platforms, KashKick and Besitos Marketplace, which help consumers earn meaningful rewards while promoting financial wellness.
Throughout his career, Vish has demonstrated a strong track record of scaling businesses and driving innovation. He was instrumental in the growth of companies including Kindermint, which was later acquired by ThredUp, and The Penny Hoarder, one of the nation’s leading personal finance platforms. His leadership philosophy centers on innovation, operational excellence, and creating meaningful consumer impact.
Following a leadership transition in 2025, Vish continues to serve as Chairman of the Board, where he remains actively involved in advancing the company’s social impact initiatives and identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Vish enjoys spending time with his family and supporting entrepreneurial and community initiatives throughout the Tampa Bay area. He is a graduate of Florida International University, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in International Business and Management Information Systems.
Joe Sosa
Chief Strategy Officer
Joe brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling digital consumer businesses, with deep expertise across growth strategy, revenue/monetization, customer acquisition, finance, and operations. As Chief Strategy Officer at Besitos, he serves on the Advisory Board and helps guide the company’s long term strategic initiatives.
A pioneer in performance based rewards and loyalty programs, Joe founded SendEarnings from his college dorm room in 2002 and grew the platform to more than one million users, helping shape the early evolution of the rewards and incentives industry. SendEarnings was later acquired by CotterWeb Enterprises/InboxDollars. He went on to hold several key leadership roles at InboxDollars and later joined the performance sales team at Prodege, where he focused on scaling sustainable, customer centric businesses and driving revenue growth at scale.
Outside of his operational role, Joe is an active investor, advisor, and mentor to emerging companies and entrepreneurs. He previously served on the Digital Marketing Advisory Board for the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. In his free time, he’s a passionate supporter of Tampa Bay sports teams and the Miami Hurricanes, and proudly spends much of his time cheering on and chauffeuring his kids at sporting events.
Jacob Shemesh
Co-Founder 
Jacob holds an Electronics Engineering degree from Hadassah College and has had quite a diverse career. He has held positions at Scitex, Intel Corp, LUZ Engineering, and JFAX. Jacob has also consulted for Fortune 500 Companies like AmeriQuest and Life Alert.
Jacob and Vishal go way back. In 2005, they co-founded Vertical Lead, an online lead generation firm. Then, in 2008, they launched GoldCycler, a gold recycling company. In 2013, they created Kindermint, an online kids’ clothing consignment store, which was later acquired by ThredUp.
As KashKick’s CTO, Jacob keeps us ahead of the curve in all things tech. Innovation is his middle name. Jacob enjoys volunteering in Israel.
