Besitos Welcomes New Leadership to Power Its Next Chapter of Growth

At Besitos, growth has always been about more than scale – it’s about impact. As we continue to build platforms that reward users and create new value for partners, we’re excited to announce a leadership transition that positions us for our next phase of innovation and expansion.

Jeevan Balani has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Besitos. Co-founder Vishal Mahtani will remain actively involved in the business as Chairman of the Board, where he will continue to lead the company’s social impact and innovation initiatives. In addition, Mike Murzyn has been named Chief Operating Officer and Chris Maynard has joined as Chief Product Officer.

Evolving Leadership, Consistent Mission

Since our founding in 2017, Besitos has grown from a bootstrapped two-person startup into a trusted platform used by millions of people and thousands of businesses around the world. In 2024 alone, users earned approximately $20 million through our products, KashKick and Besitos Marketplace.

KashKick has become a go-to destination for real cash rewards through games, surveys, and interactive offers. Meanwhile, Besitos Marketplace is redefining mobile engagement for brands, developers, and researchers – leveraging real-time insights, immersive experiences, and microservices architecture to help partners monetize attention at scale.

Our leadership transition is designed to support this growth while maintaining the vision that’s driven us from the start: empowering people and businesses through accessible, transparent earning and engagement opportunities.

Meet the New Leadership Team

  • Jeevan Balani, now CEO, joined Besitos in 2024 as Chief of Staff. He brings over 25 years of experience across strategy and operations, having served in leadership and advisory roles at Accenture, McKinsey & Company, MasterClass, and Outschool.
  • Mike Murzyn, appointed COO, previously served as EVP and General Manager of Besitos Marketplace. With more than two decades of experience in consumer insights and programmatic market research (including 11 years at InboxDollars, now acquired by Prodege), Mike brings a deep understanding of user behavior and partner needs.
  • Chris Maynard, our new CPO, is a veteran in ad tech and AI personalization. He spent over a decade at Revcontent, where he led both product and engineering and authored multiple patents in personalized advertising technologies.


Together, this team will build on the strong foundation laid by Vishal and co-founder Jacob Shemesh, while charting a course for new capabilities, new markets, and even greater partner collaboration.
